Overview
All products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
By purchasing products, requesting delivery, or disposing of materials through St. Louis Composting, Inc. (SLC), you agree to the terms outlined below.
Product Liability
SLC is not responsible for any issues arising from the purchase, loading, delivery, or disposal of products and materials. Customers assume all risks associated with these transactions.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers represent and warrant that all materials deposited with SLC comply with the terms of SLC’s applicable operating permit. Any materials outside these terms may incur additional charges.
Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold SLC harmless from any claims, damages, penalties, and liabilities, including but not limited to attorney fees, resulting from a breach of this representation or warranty.
Payments
All fees and taxes must be paid in full at the time of purchase, delivery, or disposal. If payment is not made in full at that time, the balance is due no later than the 10th day of the following month.
In the event of non-payment, the customer will be responsible for:
- A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) on outstanding balances
- All reasonable costs of collection, including but not limited to attorney fees
