Forest Fines is a premium blend of aged natural mulch, aged wood fines, and our STA Certified Black Gold Compost. Made only from organic materials with no dyes or additives, this mulch provides a natural, eco-friendly option for your landscape.

This double-ground, medium-fine mulch offers a mix of smaller particles with some larger pieces, giving it a refined texture that breaks down quickly to release nutrients into the soil.

Unlike our darker Black Forest Mulch, which is made solely from aged wood fines and compost, Forest Fines has a lighter, natural tone and a slightly coarser texture. It is finer and richer in color than Oak Bark Mulch, making it a versatile choice for gardeners who want both beauty and soil health.

Because it decomposes faster than traditional mulches, Forest Fines enriches your soil immediately, improving plant growth while still providing the protective benefits of mulch.
